Rest, replenishment and radiance

Alongside being a creative director for Alchemy & Grace Foundation and a care experienced person myself, it is my honour, in my role as trustee of the Careleavers Association, to support and raise awareness in whichever capacity I can and always advocate for careleavers voices.

  I’ve created wellbeing and creativity journals and I’m passionate about sharing and offering the wellbeing and self-care rituals to support communities that are too often marginalised and forgotten. 

The joy that I get from sharing all aspects of self-care and wellbeing rituals has resulted in me being invited to host workshops and present at a myriad of corporate and community events. I have had the honour of partnering with wonderful organisations and community groups and look forward to sharing my work with you.
